チベットの高地で修行を行う僧侶たちは、
時に数ヶ月、洞窟の中で沈黙の瞑想を続ける。
外界から断絶されたその時間の中で、
彼らは苦しみの正体が“夢のようなもの”であると気づく。

Through this silence, they come to realize
that suffering itself is a dream,
a fleeting image born of attachment.
The expression carved into this skull
captures that moment of transcendence —
when the body’s pain dissolves into stillness,
and being itself turns into prayer.
